Week of 7-28

I had another productive week of running. I ran 10 sunday morning, 8 monday morning, 10 tuesday morning, 8 tuesday evening, 6 monday morning, 8 thursday morning, 4 thursday night, 8 friday morning and rested on saturday. That gives me 62 miles for the week which is two more than i planned on. Started off this week with an easy 10 with James this morning. Hopefully I can top 62!
